Specialists from Atlas Copco have been developing, building and marketing heavy-duty hydraulic breakers capable of handling extremely tough, lengthy jobs for more than four decades. Recently, heavy-duty breakers have started to be used in completely new applications. For example more an more hydraulic breakers can now be found in rock quarries, performing primary and secondary breaking jobs as a cost-effective alternative to blasting.
